Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup from your home; for smaller decor items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at any authorized carrier.
Quality Inspection & Refund
